The diet to beat all diets

Eat this. Do that. Blah blah blah. BORING.

Even though it doesn’t have to be January 1st to START, we might as well take advantage of the blank slate. The gyms are jam packed. Everyone is starting new diet plans. & for that I am glad! I am all for┬ábeing healthy + active. But if it isn’t sustainable, then what good is it.
