Rise + Shine

Mornings look different for us all. Some of us pop right out of bed, while others can hardly open their eyes to the sound of their alarm. I would consider myself an early riser. After work, I find that I am tired + worn out from the day so any activity or a workout is less likely to happen. Your routine doesn’t have to be extensive but I think having a structured plan when you roll out of bed can make a huge difference in your day!
