I am a biology major, passionate about health + wellness. I’m a self proclaimed fitness junkie, coffee addict, & health enthusiast. I love to travel & I am always open to adventure.
Vanilla candles & sand between my toes are a couple of my favorite things.
Born in the north, living in the south & embracing every second of life. I now call North Carolina home… Where the sweet tea is a little sweeter + football Sunday is a holy day.
I’m a big believer in self-love & balance. I believe that both are critical for maintaining a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally.
You can usually find me trying out a new fitness trend, falling over on my yoga mat, or munching on some leafy greens. Occasionally I fill my time with studying or tennis.
How did I get here?
You can read all about my experience, from being raised in a home with love & nutritious foods up until today, where I am continuing the same tradition but understanding the underlying importance more & more each day.

I have come to an appreciation that every aspect of your life can influence your state of physical + mental wellbeing. Betox comes from the belief that we can find a balance by living in the present moment + eliminating the toxic clutter in our lives in an effort to be our best selves. Betox blog encompasses all things health, wellness, fitness, & of course, food.
