One late evening, out of pure desperation for something sweet, this little masterpiece was born.
Insanely moist. Just sweet enough. + You probably have all the ingredients you need!
In a bowl, mash up a banana (the more ripe, the better) + microwave for 20 seconds. Add 3/4 cup of flour, 1 egg, 1/8 cup of oil, a little bit of sugar (or splash of maple syrup), 1/2 tsp of baking soda, almond butter, + mini chocolate chips. Mix until it forms a wet cookie dough consistency. Pour mixture into an oiled Lodge cast iron skillet + bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
I highly recommend removing it from the oven before it is cooked all the way through for “half-baked” cookie dough.
