Turmeric: the magic little powder that packs a health punch.
It is commonly known for its anti-inflammatory benefits, but I personally think it should be known for its exuberant color.
Lets throw it back… Turmeric is a spice that comes from a turmeric plant & is the main spice in curry. Often times, its added to cosmetics, mustards, & cheeses for color.
But… it contains a colored chemical, curcumin, that also has magic powers which claim to treat or reduce a number of conditions, including headaches, colds, you name it. It’s most commonly known for its ability to fight inflammation in the body.
Believe it, or not, but adding a little turmeric to your diet couldn’t hurt right!? + it’s mild spice will turn your bland cauliflower into a delicious little snack.
