Tofu can either be really good… or really bad + it all comes down to how its prepared. Well, LET ME TELL YA, this recipe is the bomb diggity. It’s so crispy & flavorful, I literally have to resist eating the entire block of tofu when it comes out of the oven. Now that’s love.
If you’ve ever had Whole Food’s Chicken Fried Tofu, then you know what I’m talking about. + if you haven’t, it’s the crispiest, chicken-tasting tofu you’ll ever have & its great. (I always think it’s so funny that I want tofu that tastes like chicken) BUT the recipe is nowhere to be found on the internet… argh! Cue: a lot of experimentation. Well I just might have found a winner. Extra plus: it’s baked not fried!
