I’ve always found cooking tofu to be an impossible task, therefore, I’ve somewhat avoided making my own tofu at all costs.

BUT, after much trial & error, I think I’ve found the ultimate solution.
I simply can’t get enough of this stuff… With veggies, served over rice, both?!
Marinating is key. The tofu soaks up so much flavor + packs a small punch. So… For best results, allow up to 30 minutes to marinate your tofu.
