Açaí bowls are my summer obsession. They are so easy to make, light + yummy but leave me feeing full. I absolutely love the infinite topping combinations & the ability to pack so many nutrients into one meal. If you have not already… give them a shot! P.S. Rico’s food truck in Charlotte is the spot.
Baked apple pie oatmeal™
Creamy oats, topped with a little crisp and filled with soft caramelized apple chunks + cinnamon make a delicious combination that will remind you of your grandmothers apple pie! This recipe is super easy… Just pop it in the oven & enjoy!
½ cup of oats
½ cup of milk
1 apple pealed & diced
Dash of cinnamon
(optional) brown sugar or honey
(optional) Walnuts or pecans
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
I’ve been loving these protein filled snacks… This one has 25 grams! Vanilla Greek yogurt, Wild Friends Honey + Pretzel peanut butter and Vega Mocha Protein which makes it so fluffy! Topped with fresh fruit, granola, almonds + cacao nibs.
Dessert or protein shake? I never thought that I’d say both! Vega mocha protein + vanilla almond milk, topped with ProBar Cookie Dough Base bar.
In an effort to mix up some of my favorite flavors… I finally found a winner! Lets call it Creamy Tomato-Avocado Sauce™. I promise it’s better than it sounds. Fresh basil, garlic + spices add a hint of flavor. Greek yogurt makes the sauce thick + creamy! If you’re brave, give it a shot & let me know what you think!
Getting bendy with my beautiful mama! Loved doing rooftop yoga at Farenheit in Charlotte, NC. Such an amazing view + beautiful weather!
