[Low Fat] Avocado Egg Salad

If it has avocado, you can’t go wrong… right!?
This avocado egg salad has less calories and fat as when compared with egg salad made with mayonnaise!

Avocado Egg Salad

2 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Tbsp of Greek Yogurt
1 Avocado
Diced onion
Lemon Juice
Salt & pepper
In a bowl, combine hard boiled eggs, avocado, diced onion and greek yogurt. Using a fork, mash the ingredients together then season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers, chips or on toasted bread.
