Overnight oats are a great breakfast to grab on the go or to sit and enjoy.
They can be placed in the microwave for a few seconds if you wish to enjoy them warm. Any toppings of your choice can be added!
-½ cup of oats
-½ cup of milk
-¼ cup of yogurt
-½ tbsp. of Chia seeds
Add any additional toppings that you would like (e.g. cinnamon, coconut, fresh fruit, brown sugar, nuts) either at night or in the morning.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a sealed container or jar and let sit in the refrigerator over night.
Enjoy in the morning!
Overnight oats can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple days at the most.
